sirach 34:9-11 i want to talk about how interesting it is to infiltrate a society of people that look nothing like you. to be able to understand their customs, and not just smoke their cigarettes and drink their alcohol, but express your love for their cigarettes and the taste of their alcohol i also think i see and understand this in my relationships with women. it's easy to say "i love you" to them but what if they ask you "why?" and even then, could i describe my love for them in the depth i can in english? but maybe some things are better off left vague cause if you really knew what i thought about this world and how to interact with it half of you would call me a genius the other half would look at me with disdain
